Chaplaincy Team
The Chaplaincy Team are each given responsibility to prepare prayer reflections, lead liturgies, to support other pupils and take on leadership roles within the college community.
Older members of the team train and teach the younger members to lead collective worship and also help to lead assemblies.
Our Chaplaincy Team are responsible for our College Prayer Garden and provide opportunities for staff and pupils to take time out for reflection.
Direct links are developed with local parishes and priests from the local deanery. The college leads two Masses each year.
A number of pupils and staff have been trained as Eucharistic Ministers and many of the pupils are readers and servers at Mass.

The Lay Chaplain is responsible for devising, developing, promoting and running a wide-ranging chaplaincy programme which appeals to the full range of ages (11-19) and degrees of religious interest of the pupils, their parents, the staff; and the wider community of the College.
Our College Chaplain - Fr Peter Weatherby
We are extremely lucky to have Fr Peter Weatherby as our college Chaplain and also parish priest at our local parish church of St Mary and St Thomas More, Cannock.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the college community have been fortunate enough to share in virtual masses and continued spiritual guidance through wonderful videos created by Fr Peter.
